The Global Payroll & Benefits Manager will serve as the subject matter expert in the areas of Payroll, HRIS and employee benefits. This role will work cross-functionally and is expected to effectively build, lead and manage the team, consisting of a staff of two managing both Payroll (via ADP systems). The incumbent will also manage 3 global payroll specialists.
The Payroll Manager is a critical member of Tribune Medias payroll team. They will be responsible for executing efficient and accurate payroll and tax related activities including payroll processing, tax processing, agency notice resolution and serve as a consultant to colleagues and employees on payroll related inquiries while ensuring compliance with regulations as applicable to payroll, and timely processing of all financial obligations of the payroll department
The payroll manager oversees the semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll processes for all us employees at huron consulting group. The payroll manager will also oversee the international payrolls. This position combines people management with critical payroll execution.
