The Global Payroll & Benefits Manager will serve as the subject matter expert in the areas of Payroll, HRIS and employee benefits. This role will work cross-functionally and is expected to effectively build, lead and manage the team, consisting of a staff of two managing both Payroll (via ADP systems). The incumbent will also manage 3 global payroll specialists.
The Engagement Manager will drive the client implementation, be involved in the development of several key project deliverables (e.g., charter, project/staffing plan, issue logs, etc.) and work with the Client project manager to resolve issues that stand in the way of project success.
The payroll manager oversees the semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll processes for all us employees at huron consulting group. The payroll manager will also oversee the international payrolls. This position combines people management with critical payroll execution.
