The Field Operations Sales Specialist is responsible for identifying quality sales opportunities. S/he will act as a liaison to appropriate internal/external sales stakeholders to support targeted sales results by leveraging and applying knowledge of his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Conducts periodic training for fellow staff to ensure that all staff understands how A/V fits in with the lab's current and potential project(s). Training might include sessions on such topics as design tools, photography, videography, augmented reality, virtual reality, sound design, audio recording or software. Contributes to the writing of methods papers, reports and final summaries.
As a Technical Specialist of TOCC, the candidate will be responsible for level 1 and 2 monitoring of all Customer facing environments; this will include, but is not limited to Production, Certification, New Release, and Disaster Recovery; all operated within the Clearing and Trading Business Units. In supporting these mission critical environments, you will follow the departmental guidelines of escalation to appropriate levels of support within a timely and efficient manner.
