As an Incident Manager, youll perform Incident Management functions critical to Uptakes applications and infrastructure. The IM will be on our Site Operations team and responsible for leading restoration of site impacting incidents through ownership of outage bridge calls/meetings, triaging and investigation of infrastructure and application health, and orchestration of available resources to drive resolution of degraded systems as quickly as possible.
Provide clinical oversight in accordance with HHO core competencies and guidance for HHO operations, including, but not limited to, participant / case / project assignments, staff employment transactions, implementation of policies and procedures, staff training, etc.
Implement cost savings through supply cost reduction, inventory optimization, and operational improvements while ensuring availability of supplies by maintaining an effective internal and external supply chain process.
Ensures that office project teams work together to achieve results setting performance targets for staff, providing inspiring leadership and direction, and actively identifying and resolving outstanding issues.
Under the supervision of the Director of Talent Acquisition, this person will provide management oversight and direction for a team of recruiters as they network, source and build a pipeline of candidates for positions ranging from Director to front line staff with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality of hire and consulting.
Ensure that our applications and infrastructure are designed and implemented to the highest security standards thus maintaining and enhancing customer trust. Work with Cloud vendors, as necessary, to escalate issues, when necessary, and coordinate fixes.
