The Production Manager is responsible for all Manufacturing processes to include all facility operations, Scheduling and Maintenance Support to insure a safe environment, efficient operations, and to ensure that product quality meets customer requirements. Rapidly and effectively make adjustments to Operations Systems and Operations Tempo to meet customer and business needs.
Perform routine reporting and ad hoc analysis of divisions financial results and financial projections, variance reporting, labor productivity, operational metric and other management reports, financial analyses, performance management reporting and corporate presentations for internal and external use, and assist with developing and using statistical modeling for accuracy in forecast improvements.
This position is responsible for leading and managing the development, implementation, strategic day-to-day administration of managed care operations in a variety of clinical functions such as Utilization Management, Case Management and Disease Management.
Include supervision of associates in their day-to-day functions of resolving problems and executing transactions within specific operations units requiring immediate and frequent involvement with unit activities.
Build Data-Driven Operations: Define, prioritize and develop process, infrastructure and cross-functional team required to measure, monitor and improve the LivingSocial customer experience and operational efficiency.
Evaluates work requests for requirements and completeness, coordinates necessary resources, coordinates with technicians (as required), monitors progress, reports developments to customers, facilitates issue resolution, and ensures proper completion of work requests.
