In this role, you will direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care facilities, as well as all company policies to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the residents at all times.
In this role, the selected candidate partners with the Executive Director on recruiting, hiring, new hire orientation, training and in-services for the Resident Care Partners, Medication Assistants, LPNs and Lead Resident Care Partners.
This individual is responsible for the medical case management of work related injuries which includes assessment, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of. injured/disabled individuals.
In this role, the selected candidate must have interpersonal skills necessary to interact with all levels of hospital personnel and with external parties, frequently in situations which are sensitive and/or of significance to the entire hospital.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide subject matter expertise on high risk claims to medical management teams; collaborate with partners to improve financial and clinical outcomes for claimants.
