As the Systems Administrator, you will be one of the more senior level members of the team and responsible for Windows Systems/Server administration as well as handling network(Cisco) related issues for clients at the highest level for the company.
In this role, you will provide 24 x 7 coverage on all Production and select non-Production hardware and software related issues including problem alerting, analysis, resolution, and follow up to ensure stable ongoing systems uptime.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring the trading environment, responding to alerts, and proactively investigating issues using Icinga and a suite of custom tools, but, if you find yourself using other monitoring suites, you will fit right in.
In this role, the selected candidate will establish and maintain strong business relationships with Hospital, Physician, Pharmacy, or Ancillary providers, and ensure the network composition includes an appropriate distribution of provider specialties.
In this role, you will be responsible for
providing development, installation, implementation, testing, evaluation, administration, and support for the divisions network infrastructure. Providing day-to-day support, configuring and maintaining network components including routers, switches, VoIP, wireless, virtual hosts, enterprise SAN, backup appliances, and other network equipment and software.
The Network & Infrastructure Operations Manager will have responsibility for identifying and addressing performance issues, applying necessary updates/patches, ensuring compliance requirements are met and ownership of key performance metrics for the corporate network and infrastructure environments.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage network security solutions, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems; manage all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches and, hubs.
In this role, you will manage provider complaints and grievances jointly with internal staff as necessary. Ensure that all provider concerns are addressed in a timely and thorough manner as described in the provider manual and all policies and procedures.
The Network/Systems Administrator is expected to provide these services with a high level of competency and independence, demonstrating experience and ability in multiple disciplines within IT. The right candidate must be comfortable working with data centers, clients, internal networks and development teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the activities and personnel associated with providing technical services to internal or external customers by identifying, prioritizing, and confirming resolution of reported problems with desktop, laptop and networked systems.
In this role, you will ensure that enhancement requests are effectively prioritized and translated into service requirements while ensuring clear alignment to service contracts and required change control procedures.
