As the Network Administrator, you will function as sort of an infrastructure jack of all trades working with a diverse client base to support their technology needs. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of technical issues from basic level 1 support, Windows systems administration/server related issues, Cisco/Juniper networking issues, and VoIP.
Serve as functional process owner for ITIL processes: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Service Level Management, Configuration Management, Availability Management, Capacity Management, Monitoring & Event Management, and Service Continuity Management.
Responsible for managing the activities and personnel associated with providing technical services to internal or external customers by identifying, prioritizing, and confirming resolution of reported problems with desktop, laptop and networked systems.
Manage provider complaints and grievances jointly with internal staff as necessary. Ensure that all provider concerns are addressed in a timely and thorough manner as described in the provider manual and all policies and procedures.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled job.
In this role, you will provide 24 x 7 coverage on all Production and select non-Production hardware and software related issues including problem alerting, analysis, resolution, and follow up to ensure stable ongoing systems uptime.
