Developing and executing creative, customized, strategic joint marketing programs for thought leadership, demand generation and awareness that align with Mitels global marketing programs and measure the success of these programs based on pre-determined KPIs.
In this role, you will determine the proper variety of marketing mix and media to achieve results and serve as the main execution arm of demand generation efforts. Responsible for driving required outcomes, ensuring quality within the timeframe, and budget parameters.
This position works with multiple areas of the company to plan, develop, implement and support customer experiences and marketing solutions, campaigns and business initiatives. This position will develop and drive robust marketing strategies, capabilities and programs that increase customer retention, acquisition and engagement for our vendor partnerships program.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop a deep understanding of assigned channel, market segment and key business drivers, such as pricing, product/customer experience, competition, etc; understand company capabilities, products and services in order to effectively design and implement campaigns and programs for targeted audience and channel.
