The position works collaboratively with store, market and regional leadership, regional recruiter, regional HR team and corporate partners to ensure that top talent is sourced, acquired, developed and retained at every level in the store. This includes active partnership and collaboration to build strong store teams, identify gaps and present solutions, implementation and assessment of human resource activity.
Deliver proactive account management, including, but not limited to; understanding client goals & objectives, implementing a strategic relationship process, developing and maintaining client specific business plans, deepening existing client relationships, assisting plan sponsor in managing fiduciary responsibilities, ensuring client is aware of Lincoln products and services capabilities and identifying opportunities to increase assets under management.
In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate with sales and business development on identifying business opportunities and optimizing the performance of the product portfolio to benefit both the company and the customer.
Manage, mentor and coach trust advisors and associates to promote sound fiduciary practices while growing the business. Focus on talent management as the complexity of the business increases over time. Partner with market managers and staff in all regions.
Execute Looks of Success in outlets, sell and implement campaigns, and sell promotional programming; ensure assets meet minimum performance requirements and develop a plan of action for those assets generating zero or low volume.
