The IP Specialist will work with the attorneys and be responsible for trademark docket matters in the group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Intellectual Property (IP) docketing experience and a strong working knowledge of domestic and international patent and trademark processes.
In this role, you will revise, format, proofread, and electronically file patent applications, amendments, extensions, Information Disclosure Statements and other filings with the USPTO, and Prepare patent application figures as directed.
As the Corporate Governance Specialist you will work with the Assistant General Counsel, Corporate & Securities, as well as the greater legal and finance teams to handle public company filings and corporate governance matters.
The paralegal will work with the attorneys and support them in handling commercial real estate closings from beginning to end, including ordering, reviewing and clearing title, preparing closing statements and documents, and handling closings and post-closing work.
The selected candidate will prepare case specific workbooks, witness files and binders in paper and electronic formats. Obtain client documents, public records and other factual information via Internet, PACER and various government agencies.
In this role, you will be responsible for research and compile information pertaining to national and international intellectual property rights, particularly trademarks; Procedural matters and case law.
In this role, you will draft transactional documents including resolutions, contracts, leases, agreements, opinions, allonges, joinders, secretarys certificates, incumbency certificates and other legal documents relating to loan parties.
