Oversees governmental regulations in the area of human resources/education to include but not limited to workers compensation, unemployment, tax and exemption regulations, wage/hour, equal employment opportunities, title vii, americans with disabilities act, and family medical leave act.
In this role, you will be responsible to direct the human resources activities within the center including staff recruitment, training and updating center staff on company personnel policies, procedures, and regulations and monitoring and evaluating human resources systems.
Perform domestic and global post-deal HR integrations with respect to mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, carve-outs, and other similar transactions for Fortune 1000 and middle market companies and private equity investors.
The Director will serve as the solution champion and subject matter expert for human resources, attain an individual sales quota for HR sales, and provide strategic direction for the HR product offerings.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with and act as thought leader for other internal partners (Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure benefit programs are cost effective, legally compliant and competitive.
Identifies and leads diversity recruitment initiatives and implements plans to achieve and build a diverse Student Affairs staff. Manages all aspects of the Division's recruiting processes (e.g., posting through onboarding). Collaborates with hiring managers to conceive, create, post openings, and create staffing/search hiring plans.
Provide leadership and direction to innovate and continuously improve policies, processes, systems, and benefits; maintain knowledge of employment and benefits laws and regulations, and ensures company's compliance.
The Director of Human Resources will be a strategic business partner to the Milhouse Executive Team and the senior leadership to provide human resources advice and services in support of the companys objectives and goals, and the success of the companys employees. This person will manage a small team of HR professionals, and lead initiatives in organizational design and planning, talent acquisition, talent development, career planning, succession planning, compliance, employee engagement, performance excellence, workplace culture, and leadership onboarding and development.
