The HR Generalist manages key HR processes that include but are not limited to: employee onboarding, leave of absence administration, US immigration, US time & absence tracking, and other requests. In this role, the selected candidate will communicate and partner with management/supervisors to resolve employee issues; respond to employee issues and maintain accurate notes, logs and records; respond to unemployment claims.
Support and execute people related solutions aligned to business groups priorities and plans (e.g. brand promise, customer experience, risk management and compliance, etc.), by partnering with COEs as appropriate.
Work closely with internal client groups on employee performance management, quarterly & annual performance assessments, and coaching managers on the development and performance improvement process for employees, and using sound judgment in decision-making and while formulating recommendations.
