The HR Generalist will work with hiring managers to understand specific position requirements and the dynamics of labor markets for a given position/location; will source, qualify, and interview candidates to efficiently and effectively fill open positions; and will conduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans.
In this role, you will provide generalist support to one or more functional areas of Human Resources, such as recruitment, staffing, human resources administration, team member relations, compensation, benefits, training and or EEO AA.
In this role, you will be responsible to assists with HR projects and cyclical activities as needed. Provides interpretation of company policies and procedures covering the areas of employee relations, compensation, benefits administration and workers compensation.
In this role, you will work across international boundaries to represent human resources and coordinate human resources responsibilities. The selected candidate will support the Human Resources department to management and employees on employee relations, performance and HR laws.
