This position is responsible for graphic design and production on selected print and multimedia marketing materials of the Kellogg School of Management. The Graphic Designer will work closely with Associate Director of Design and Senior Designer to ensure executions are on strategy and brand.
The ideal Graphic Designer candidate has a passion for great design, outstanding creative skills, and extensive experience as an online designer. He or she has expertise in using design to build brand image, increase usage of platforms, and promote sharing of content.
This role reports to the Director, Global Marketing Services, and the Graphic Designer is responsible for creating the conceptual framework for all assigned projects and translating the conceptual theory to art, color, and type-based selection.
In this role, the selected candidate will participate in brainstorming sessions with creative design team, in order to generate conceptual ideas; effectively present creative concepts to marketing teams, with thoughtful rationale.
In this role, you will ability to work in a team environment and play the full role of a graphic designer, e.g. estimate time and cost of a project, amend designs as needed, provide ideas in a team environment, etc.
