In this role, you will manage and support the identification of maintenance projects of the facilities/grounds and ensuring associated services are executed in a manner consistent with the Clients global standard processes and professional brand image and compliant with applicable local laws, rules and regulations.
The GAM-CBS represents specifically the cleaning and break room products and services to assigned customers, while supporting global efforts with the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers needs and expectations are met.
In this role, you will be responsible for the management of occupancy, maintenance, construction, relocation, renovation and tenant relations and maybe involved with strategic decisions related to the purchase, sale or leasing of property.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as an agent of our client and representative/liaison to a variety of external entities including federal, state, and local agencies, customers, suppliers, industry related groups, and various nonprofit, educational, government, and community entities.
This position serves as a single point of accountability and responsibility for delivering quality, safe, compliant and productive workplace environments with a high touch customer service orientation. Responsible for ensuring the delivery of facilities maintenance operations, infrastructure management, space management, and on- site employee and business services.
