Coordinates and schedules travel arrangements through web-based application; maintains attorney/legal assistant calendars (Outlook Calendars); conducts internet research as directed by attorneys; Calendar Court Services.
Performs advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative support for an executive; relieves executive of as much administrative detail as possible; stays informed of activities relating to University programs and initiatives, apprising the executive of issues when deemed necessary.
The primary purpose of this position is to support the Brand use, protection and enforcement activities of the Association. The incumbent will provide direct support to the Chief Brand Counsel, Senior Brand Counsel and Brand Counsel.
Organizes and tracks large numbers of documents; develops information retrieval systems which include digesting, abstracting and indexing of documents, and may include calendaring or docketing of information.

In this role, the selected candidate will teach three graduate level clinical counseling courses/semester. A summer contract will be available for teaching additional courses if desired; develop and maintain competence with web assisted teaching technology.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage distribution of internal announcements on the intranet and other channels; support annual/bi-annual communications projects (President's Awards process; employee engagement survey process; etc.).
Prepare exhibit packages, including: reviewing internal databases and client sites, requesting needed documents to include as exhibits; review documents extensively and redact all non-public information.
