The Sales Director leads the overall new client sales engagements and expansion and renewal selling for all prospects and clients in the southwest region.
The Director of Marketing & Business Development is responsible for managing the First National Bank of Michigan brand, developing new business, and marketing the Banks products and services, along with internal and external communications, including public and community relations, website and social media.
In this role, the selected candidate will be developing performance analytics and metrics to support oncology and endocrinology franchises; utilize advanced statistical techniques to understand effectiveness of marketing and field efforts.
