Responsible for the stable and efficient management of day-to-day operation services outlined in client contracts and agreements which includes, system administration, monitoring, incident resolution, change control management, security and compliance, capacity/scalability process planning and disaster recovery.
Continuous interaction with relevant retailer and CPG functions to heighten awareness, encourage usage, and provide the company consulting leadership solutions; work closely with the Self Serve team to ensure you are an expert on the company analytical tools and approaches to evaluate business performance and trends in the market place.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain regular meeting schedules with clients and drive quarterly/stewardship meetings to track, discuss and ensure client short- and long-term sales initiatives are being addressed.
Provide effective and efficient technical services which meet the needs and requirements of client hospital or health system; assist in account profitability to meet revenue and margin requirements set at the corporate level.
Write project briefs and work with client throughout entire creative process. Engage creative resources, gather creative costs, obtain forecast numbers, request PO #s from Regional Admin, approve invoices from outside vendor and submit to Regional Admin for payment.
