This position is responsible for the design, development, implementation and performance support of client service learning technology initiatives. This position partners closely with asset management training partners and subject matter experts to provide high quality customized training solutions and course development.
In this role, you will deliver custom reports and analyses that address clients business questions and goals, including conducting industry and web site research, performing data quality assurance checks and investigations, analyzing large amounts of data, researching changes in trends, preparing spreadsheet reports and slide presentations, and presenting findings to existing clients in order to deliver strategic consulting services and business insights.
The Client Sales and Service Officer II has primary responsibility for supporting all client post sales activities for the most complex clients by leveraging experience and product knowledge to monitor and execute all tasks required to fulfill the client service plan and meet day-to-day inquiries from the client.
