Dean of Libraries, the incumbent will work in collaboration with the Libraries' other associate dean to provide leadership for and direction to library departments, committees, and groups to effect a user-focused agenda in support of teaching, learning, and research.
Collaborate closely with colleagues in Legal, Internal Audit, HR, Finance and other core functions in order to direct compliance issues through the appropriate channels for investigation and resolution as well as work towards future improvements as the Compliance Program evolves.
You will be responsible for planning and developing strategies designed to enhance charitable giving at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center and engaging with the highest levels of community leaders and philanthropists as a senior-level fundraising representative.
Collaborates with senior leadership and all levels of caregivers to create a culture of risk prevention and risk management with emphasis on performance improvement initiatives to redesign the processes and/or underlying systems to minimize risk of undesirable outcomes or to protect patients from the effects of undesirable outcomes.
The individual leads and directs the development of policies and programs to attract, retain, and promote a diverse graduate student body. Develops and implements a strategic plan for diversity and inclusion and is responsible for establishing priorities.
Work closely with the Executive Director/CEO to build a best-in-class work environment, including the continued cultivation of a positive work environment and development of employee engagement programs.
