The Major Market Sales Executive prospects, calls on and sells Paycor products and services to new prospects within assigned territories. He or she is responsible for self-generating leads through prospecting, telemarketing, sales database management (CRM), and networking. He or she is a self-starter who is responsible for achieving assigned monthly and annual sales quota.
This role will facilitate the coordination of business development opportunities across all the company's offices via Salesforce CRM management and assist with the coordination and development of proposal materials.
The ideal candidate will possess a successful track record for selling financial service products; have good negotiation and communication skills; in addition, they will spend time developing new opportunities within the targeted accounts.

Achieve plan goals to include activity metrics, top-line volume, and bottom-line revenue by being accountable for daily activities to support partner bank relationships, community bank opportunities, COI relationships, and overall market awareness initiatives.
