Manages the design, implementation, administration, training, communication and systems supporting global compensation programs and practices including salary planning, annual incentives, long-term equity, sales compensation, job grade and job description structure, and other compensation related matters.
In this role, the selected candidate will be the subject matter expert for the executive compensation function; help design, develop and manage all aspects of the global executive compensation programs ensuring that they meet the needs of the business and are market competitive.
In this role, you will monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures and recommends wide scope changes in plans which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and Corporate objectives.
This position is resposible for designing and maintaining complex sales compensation programs that attract, motivate and retain employees. You will manage a team responsible for non-executive compensation programs including competitive pay structures and bonus programs, ensuring compliance with program and plan rules, laws and regulations as well as SOX compliance.Design of new and changes to existing bonus programs. Strong knowledge of compensation principles.
