In this role, you will help customers in the implementation and validation of new methods in their laboratories. Other customer service activities will include an outstanding technical support and the structured collection of customer feedback.
Responsible for making sure the sales pipeline is current and accurate reflecting the proper number of leads to meet sales objectives. Assists with sales training department to support company programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
Initiate, lead, motivate and manage our store managers and sales teammates to ensure sales and business objectives are met; coach teammates at each store / profit center to ensure each location maximizes revenue generation.
This position is responsible for growing Clients revenue by developing business with current and new customers. It is responsible for managing relationships with customers for the purpose of growing ClientClients business share.
