In this role, you will provide troubleshooting and resolve the problem or refer it to the appropriate department. Escalate when a problem cannot be resolved or another department is not providing quick support/resolution.
Take request completely through business and technical design: analyze business requirements for large, multifunctional projects; identify causes and implement solutions to business requirements; perform feasibility studies, translating requirements into an appropriate design; create, modify, and test programming code.
As a Production Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing 24 x 7 coverage performing troubleshooting, trouble ticket updates, escalation, resolution and reporting of incidents for our production environments.
Providing end-user training, assisting end users with the resolution of problems encountered with College endorsed standardized hardware and/or software, performing repair and replacement of desktop hardware.
Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to understand the requirements for cme internally developed applications and properly integrate the applications into our aws environment. Ensure that both development and delivery organization standards are followed.
