In this role, the selected candidate must have an excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including proficiency in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Services Board (FASB) rules and standards.
In this role, you will be responsible to establish & cultivate working relationship with clients, external legal and accounting firm relationships, underlying PE Fund managers, general partners and internal partners.
In this role, the selected candidate will direct, monitor, and execute daily accounting functions of the company, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and inventory accounting in accordance with GAAP.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare and review monthly financial statements, fluctuation analysis and other ad hoc reports / analysis for business unit leaders; review month end consolidations, reconciliations, work papers and analysis prepared by staff members and regional accounting teams.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify, analyze, lead and implement process/cost improvements in both the Financial and Operational parts of our business with the appropriate involvement of Finance and Operational partners.
