Manage and maintain relations with existing accounts by communicating with our factories in different time zone and geographic on a daily basis. Process inquiries/request for quotes from new and existing accounts, negotiate pricing and commercial terms on projects to generate new revenue.
Negotiate pricing and sales contracts to close new business while navigating multiple decision makers; work closely with sales, account management, and customer support teams to ensure our customers are successful.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure a smooth hand-off of all new accounts to the account management teams; drive resource forecasting for the account from both confirmed opportunities as well as the opportunities in pipeline.
