Supervising the waste water supervisor andwaste water operators, creating and implementing environmental programs, writing compliance plans, tracking key performance indicators for compliance, developing and submitting permit applications, implementation of waste minimization programs, ensuring on time reporting of all required compliance based reports, and communicating any non-compliant issues.

The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for the coordination, administering, and monitoring of all company compensation and benefit programs, including reviewing programs and suggesting appropriate modifications with the ultimate goal being the achievement of competitive market position. Provide, on an as needed basis, special guidance and assistance to all site locations in regard to various employee benefit plans.
