Responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data to inform population health efforts throughout Sanford. An ideal candidate will have a data analysis and public health/health sciences background.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for assigning in the month-end accounting including the completion of journal entries assigned; compile and analyze historical vendor results in preparation for business reviews and contract renewals.
Conduct compensation administration activities and processes and follow all human resources operations policies and procedures to ensure effective client support. Research, analyze, and resolve compensation issues or inquiries escalated by employee service center. Advise employee service center employees as needed when handling complex compensation transactions. Process accurate pay changes for employees including relevant documentation.
In this role, you will provide assistance and training to other Tech Support analysts in solving more advanced user problems and inquiries. Refers problems and inquiries to more experienced technical staff or management if necessary.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform both monthly and weekly standard cost maintenance of both metal and manufacturing conversion costs; monitor standards to help ensure costs, BOMS, and production transactions are accurate.
In this role, you will review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems (in lieu of system development where possible).
