The Professional Sales Representative (PSR) is engaging health care professionals (HCPs) in face to face discussions to promote assigned client product(s), maximize the product(s)' selling potential and meet program and Client objectives.
In this role, you will create and implement strategically sound business plans and tactical strategies within the assigned geographic territory to achieve individual, territory and company goals for sales, market share, call metrics, appropriate sample distribution,etc.
This role serves in a sales capacity and communicates with shippers and customers, responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, assessing customer specific needs, negotiating rates, promoting and selling our services, and maintaining sales goals and objective.

In this role, the selected candidate will develop interest in the company's product range at the customer level; conduct on-site visits at Hospitals and Doctor's offices to determine competitive activity in the area, review status of current sales efforts, resolve problems, and ensure sales goals are being achieved.
In this role, the selected candidate will source and develop new potential client relationships; coordinate with Client Relations Team to design workflow systems to ensure clients are supported and happy.
