Serves as point person for the management and implementation of, online, on-ground Integrated Marketing programs within a Telesales environment and serve as the Credit liaison for the Credit team in Omaha. Responsible for driving Credit adoption within our telesales environment and driving against specific KPI's.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing all large capital improvement projects for residential properties (roofing, parking lots, decks, etc.). The Project Manager completes assigned annual property inspections to identify capital improvement needs and to develop annual budgets.
Plan and facilitate all project tasks from initial project conceptualization through requirements definition, scope development and sign-off, architecture, construction, quality assurance, certification and ultimately release.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide services incorporating strategy, design, development, delivery, maintenance, implementation, and support of project & portfolio management solutions to meet business needs according to plan and within the established budget (when applicable).
Manage General Contractor; i.e. including compliance with construction contracts, contract budget, changes, payment terms, schedule mangement, and all other responsibilities within their construction contract.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with various functional groups to deliver projects which improve both the top and bottom lines for Company Foods; deliver process design/improvements for the overall project management suite of tools/processes.
