In this role, the selected candidate will ensure that the solution design satisfies project objectives and business requirements; liaise between business subject matter experts and technologists throughout the project life cycle.
Analyzes business processes and identifies opportunities for improvement. Documents workflows and provides input to training department. Creates, implements, and troubleshoots forms and associated workflows. Meets regularly with business lines to determine new opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
In this role, the selected candidate will partner with multiple stakeholders to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of a project (from identifying and defining process flows and use cases to user acceptance testing).
