In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of financial duties surrounding sales reporting and analysis initiatives for the private brands sales and fp&a finance organizations including, but not limited to development of standardized sales management reporting and analysis, customer scorecards, sales trend/forecast reporting, customer gross and net sales performance, customer profitability, etc.
Analyzes business processes and identifies opportunities for improvement. Documents workflows and provides input to training department. Creates, implements, and troubleshoots forms and associated workflows. Meets regularly with business lines to determine new opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
In this role, the selected candidate must have years of experience in Railroad OEMs (GE Transportation, EMD, Alstom, Bombardier, Wabtec, MCC) in projects involving design, development & testing of products for railroads.
In this role, the selected candidate will gather and analyze business requirements from business stakeholders, document functional requirements, develop and recommend solutions and identify any potential process change impacts.
