In this role, you will be responsible for management and supervision of day to day activities, inspection of assigned projects / initiatives, quality of work, feedback / coaching for execution or professional development and performance reviews.
This position supports the work of the YMCA of Greater Omaha, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Oversees the development and operations of various programs, such as healthy living, aquatics, teens, child care, membership and/or other programs. Recruits, trains and supports assigned staff. Provides liaison to committee(s) and advisory board(s).
In this role, you will ensure projects are completed within committed timelines and budget constraints and ensure project management policies, standards and procedures are consistently followed within the team and support the project management strategy within the division.
