In this role, you must demonstrate knowledge of HR concepts in theory and practice (i.e. performance management, employee relations, employment law, compensation & benefits, training & development, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, etc).
In this role, you will be responsible for
the overall administration and coordination of the human resource program in support of the overall strategic direction of the organization. This appropriate person will have strength in all aspects of human resource management as well as a particular strength in talent acquisition, training, on boarding and analysis of employee engagement.
