Responsible for all functional areas of a particular plant including the efficient operation of all production shifts, maintenance, personnel, safety, shipping, receiving, sanitation, scheduling, quality and process improvement.
Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers business needs and, consequently, for understanding customers businesses. As trusted advisor create and maintain effective customer relationships so as to insure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer, if applicable, to adjust staff as necessary by transferring individual staff members from one unit to another, arranging and approving necessary overtime and/or unscheduled shifts, calls in relief staff.
Identify opportunities for improvement in production and productivity, driving solutions and implementation of process modifications to enhance quality, improve profitability and increase customer satisfaction.
Develop and manage programs for risk elimination and risk control with emphasis on increased quality of patient care and medical services; administer the overall Patient Safety/Risk Management/ Workers Compensation Programs.
Work closely with large, strategic current and new customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory.
Manages a sustainable caseload of telephonic case management (TCM), task assignment, and limited range-field, case management services. For those cases requiring field case management work that cannot be retained, the support of WellComps staff of 8 field nurses and management will be afforded.
Demonstrates excellent teaching/platform skills and classroom management techniques, a student focused drive for continuous improvement and strong technical skills with current automation, simulation systems and procedures.
Technical delivery management including communicating with clients and other stake-holders, providing status and metrics reports to management, organizing planning and requirements meetings, and ensuring projects deliver what the clients requested.
