In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial support and analysis to clinical managers and directors, Vice President of Finance and Directors of Finance to assess the financial performance of the organization, improve profitability and evaluate strategic growth initiatives and routine capital investment decisions.
In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate with internal customers and analytics leaders to gather requirements and produce medium to complex human resources reports using SAP, HANA, MS Access and other database technologies.
Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains standards for software systems quality operating methods, processes, and procedures. Conducts evaluation of software systems activities including requirements, design, development, documentation, integration, test, verification and validation.
Participate in the development and maintenance of the job description and evaluation process. Ensure accurate job documentation, salary market competitiveness, and internal equity for Company positions.
