The Perioperative Services Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the clinical, educational, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of all components of the Perioperative Services Unit.

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving admissions and/or transfers to the unit; initial and on-going systematic patient assessment; ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
In this role, you will administer medication correctly including calculations of dosages, verifies correct patient, drug, dose, and correct line and is able to verbalize basic understanding of drug actions.
