Develop and manage programs for risk elimination and risk control with emphasis on increased quality of patient care and medical services; administer the overall Patient Safety/Risk Management/ Workers Compensation Programs.
Serves on various committees such as Patient Care, Pharmaceutical Services, Infection Control, Safety First, Quality Assurance, as applicable, which meet to evaluate activities within the facility and recommends changes in operations. Follows up on committee recommendations affecting nursing services.

Responsible for the direction of hotel operations including, but not limited to reservations, front desk, guest services, and concierge; conceptualize and implement policies and procedures to create business yield for the hotel in alignment with business objectives.
Manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance improvement (PI) programs are developed and managed using a data driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives.
