The Regional Sales Manager is the primary interface between company and the customer. Responsible for company's awareness of the capital investment programs of its customers which matches company's market strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for
interview, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, coaching and mentoring employees; and resolving problems.
In this role, you will manage, coordinate, schedule, and oversee metal treatment, plating, and coating projects from initiation through customer delivery for customers in aerospace, ship building, construction, pipelines, large machine construction, etc.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with internal Performance, Marketing, Product, Innovation and Nutrition teams to enhance the program, develop strategy and support execution of these initiatives.
