The Region Territory Manager will work in an account team structure and will partner with the Regional Reimbursement Managers, Inside Sales Reps, Medical Science Liaisons, and others within the team to position the product(s) for fast uptake in the ophthalmology market.
Calls on customer facilities in Malongo/Terminal and observes and implements practical application of products. Services assigned accounts. Recommends changes in chemical dosages, flow rates, or equipment. Reports changes or problems to District Manager and then customer.
The District Manager is responsible for working with Regional Vice Presidents, Regional Human Resource Managers and Store Managers. This position oversees all aspects of operations and merchandising for a geographic group of stores in their area.
Coordinates customer training and demonstrations. Displays and demonstrates products using samples, literature, catalogs, customer specific samples, etc. and emphasizes salable features of GSGs products. Also, attend trade shows and promote GSG as described in the Job Summary.
This candidate will develop opportunities independently, drives the pipeline process including pricing and contracting, and progress accounts through the sales process to meet and surpass territorial revenue goals.
