The Project Manager is the companys management representative and is responsible for the safe completion of their projects within budget, on schedule, to the companys quality standards and to the customers satisfaction.
The Project Manager is the primary project owner and is responsible for coordinating, assigning, and managing resources to complete multiple software implementation projects and related project tasks. It is the responsibility of the Project Manager to secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from the Client Project Sponsor and Stakeholders.
Oversee projects through to project close out; development and adherence to pre-construction schedules and construction milestones, accurate and timely tracking of submittals, RFI's and other critical project documentation, weekly and monthly reporting to the owner.
Provide overall management and leadership for industrial construction projects. The focus of this role is to create highly effective teams in an industrial, construction project setting. This person makes many decisions that greatly affect client relationships and profitability.
Manage the tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives through the coordination of activities with a direct responsibility for results, including costs, operational methods, growth, and quality and staffing.
Work with a multi-discipline team of engineers and technicians in the design of municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities as well as the contractors and construction staff on design/build projects.
Execute all corporate food safety related strategies, policies and procedures; maintain open communication with all related departments to address the identification of food safety hazards and process improvement opportunities.
