As an Account Manager, you will grow and identify new opportunities in commercial real-estate, healthcare, construction, and private sector companies; your main goal will be achieving customer satisfaction in all phases of the contract furniture sales process.
In this position, you will report to the Commercial Sales Manager. You will be part of a team of qualified Commercial Account Managers that will be responsible for acquisition, retention, and growth of our Commercial Customers.
Driving Business Relevant /Customer Value Selling (engaging line of business and gaining sponsorship outside of IT), Strategic Account Planning, Business Disciplines and Challenger Sales strategies while ensuring alignment of current Area and Theater priorities.
In this role, you will be a driving force behind the company's expanded sales initiative, leading new business growth across retail vertical markets (Grocery, Discount Department, Quick Serve Restaurants, Check Cashing, and other cash handling customers).
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building the presence of the company in a defined geography with identified existing and new accounts. Reporting to the Director of Sales you will contribute to drive our double-digit growth.
This position will be responsible for new sales of products along with servicing and growing of current customers into the heavy duty/automotive aftermarket channels. In this role you will be developing customer leads and long term relationships with distributors, independent sales contractors and direct sales to meet company sales objectives.
The person hired into this position will continue FreeWaves efforts to become the major wireless technology provider of groundbreaking M2M networking solutions for the Industrial Internet of Things (IOT) to traditional networking solutions users.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to analyze and interpret P&L data for portfolio of accounts (i.e. contribution margin, gross margin) and make decisions based upon the analysis.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts; coordinate the involvement of company personnel in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
