Reliability Engineer for Process Equipment: Maximizes the up-time of production equipment through problem definition, root cause analysis, preventative/predictive maintenance management, spare parts optimization, etc.
Develop and conduct tests and analysis such as hardness testing, grain size measurements, weld evaluations, microstructure analysis; conduct metallographic analysis and support for materials and manufacturing process development and implementation.
Compiles and analyzes data (temperature, pressures, speed, horsepower, fuel consumption, etc.)and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.
Management responsibilities include supervision of design and drafting staff, coordination with clients and associates, and organization of design and construction administration activities to meet established schedules and budgets.
