Plan, build, implement and coordinate new implementation projects.Employee will provide efficient and customer - oriented service management, be the first level to resolve incidents, and when needed, operate as a liaison between technical personnel and the appropriate customer to resolve issues.
SE-III will provide technical support and expertise throughout the sales cycle to ensure complete customer satisfaction, including during the technology evaluation stage, to assist the sales team in securing design wins. SE-III role will be split 60/40 between pre and post-sales.
Business Analyst will participate in tasks ranging from requirements gathering to stakeholder management and liaising between business and technical teams. The role will work directly with key stakeholders and end-users from across the business.
