This role will be instrumental to our internal Digital Transformation as we aggressively move all our reporting into integrated Power BI dashboards that enable self-service for our field leaders to find insights and quickly coach and take actions to improve our sales.
The ideal candidate has outstanding business acumen, a restlessness to answer why? questions in order to get to so what? conclusions, a proven ability to define their own roadmap, an ability to set clear expectations with key stakeholders, excellent analytical abilities, strong technical skills (sql), superior written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
Responsible for the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of game changing products that delight customers worldwide; possess a curiosity to understand how system works on a deep level and the key dependences with other systems.
The incumbent must drive key performance indicators for maintaining the efficient utilization of manpower through proper scheduling and training in order to ensure safety, housekeeping and cost savings at the highest standards.
In this role, the selected candidate will build models and perform predictive analytics for customer engagement, lead scoring, customer segmentation, down-stream impact (DSI), customer churn, lifetime value (LTV) cross-sell recommendations, win-loss analysis etc.
