Develop and execute Fulfillment Center & Warehouse operational plans to meet customer service, schedule, and quality goals; conduct daily stand-up meetings, to communicate the daily operational plan, work assignments, successes & lessons learned, policy updates, and company news.
Monitors production status hourly, remove bottlenecks and take corrective measures to ensure daily goals are met; oversees continuous flow and materials delivery systems and work with associates to continuously improve the process.
The RN - Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and within scope of practice coordinates care delivery, which will ensure that patient's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines.
The supervisor may oversee five to thirty-five other employees. This position requires the flexibility and versatility to fill many roles and requires the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals at all levels and across all shifts within the plant.
