Create end-to-end device experiences for C-Suite Executives across a variety of exclusive engagements from CIO Summits to NFL Suites to increase Surface & Windows device recommendation and purchase propensity.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers as required and ensuring the voice of the customer is reflected in work processes.
Responsible for defining our positioning and messaging to customers, creating the most compelling content to help customers understand the use cases and value propositions, and building the right programs to increase awareness and adoption.
Work directly with people managers to implement standard operating procedures with an emphasis on customer experience and creative quality. Engage with business partners to ensure crisp communication between requests and designers.
You will own new projects and executive communication around those projects from start to finish. You will also drive key enhancements to various existing products, with a goal of increasing customer engagement and driving growth.
In this role, you will work closely with both internal and external customers to support sales and print initiatives. Train, mentor, lead and discipline staff. Schedule and manage production workflow, employees and equipment to ensure quality production and on time delivery.

Design, develop and consistently administer a disciplined, data driven operations platform that supports the security teams assurance work across a wide range of security domains, levels of complexity and customer teams.
