You must be an excellent writer who can succinctly communicate complicated issues in business terms; you must be a strong project manager who can conduct audits from beginning to end, often managing multiple projects at once.
Develop metrics and service level agreements for core programs and transactions, track delivery against program objectives, identify HR Ops headcount requirements, lead improvement initiatives and encourage a culture of efficiency, innovation, and customer service.
This role requires working with business teams across the company to define requirements and high level process/system solutions; leading cross-functional business and development teams and managing the timelines for all teams to support project launches.
Work with a cross-functional Scrum team to maintain and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications in iterative release cycles; troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues.
Develop communication and coordination mechanisms to standardize service delivery, expectations, standards and program evaluation. Represents nursing in team district, division and Coop-wide decision making forums.
This role operates at tactical and strategic level and requires close partnership with technology and business stakeholders, collaboration on program planning, project planning and execution, and project delivery.
