In this role, you will provide legal advice to executives and other business clients on safety regulations and standards as they relate to Microsoft products, advise executives on how Microsoft policies and evolving laws and regulations may affect the business.
Responsibilities include management of a wide range of issues relating to noncompetition provisions, employee and customer nonsolicitation provisions, as well as confidential information and trade secrets issues, arising out of employee hiring and departures.

In this role, the selected candidate will be coordinating with global business teams and attorneys to implement programs; reviewing advertising and marketing materials; and helping to create and implement special projects, audits, specialized training, and compliance initiatives.
