In this role, the selected candidate will
lead Global Employee Experience quarterly business reviews with HR leaders to advocate for adoption of services. This includes understanding implications for your client group of the current state of HR data & business intelligence platforms.
This position will work with several stakeholders supporting the extended AWS Global Accounts organization, such as Business Development, Marketing, Professional Services, Support and the Partner team. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across multiple geographies and timezones.
In this role, the successful candidate will design, coordinate and execute deployment of process and system initiatives across the route to market as identified by senior leadership in support of centralized programs, HR related initiatives or corporate strategy.
As the Senior Sales Operations Manager you will be a key member of the team responsible for providing impactful analytics and insights to help the US Sales organization drive double digit year over year growth.
In this role, the selected candidate will engage with IDN, GOV, & GPO leadership and business partners to deliver value added insights, support improved decision making / coaching, needs and address issues to enable successful business operation and goal achievement.
The successful candidate will have experience leading a team, background implementing a strategic roadmap, the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, the ability to build relationships and influence others and exhibit a world-class customer service focus.
