In this role, you will help to design, administer and drive key processes that facilitate compensation and goal reporting, compensation payouts, and strategic planning activities specific to compensation plans and the integration of new initiatives into key reporting processes or compensation plans across multiple sales organizations. You will be a key member of the sales planning & compensation team.
In this role, the selected candidate will track open issues and research requests, providing regular status to management; provide user operational support and respond to data and research queries from management team.
In this role, the selected candidate will work on continuous improvement projects by deep diving data related to capacity planning, scheduling, route planning, station procedures and driver productivity.
In this role, you will retrieve and analyze data using Excel and other data management/BI systems. The selected candidate will proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
The business architect reports directly to the director, cloud + enterprise business architecture and represents the team in work streams critical to effective business architecture design and execution.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage relationships with internal business teams in small to medium sized geographies or products; work in a deep area of coverage, routinely working on issues ranging from small to large number of customers impacted and driving root cause resolution with engineering teams and/or external partners.
In this role, the selected candidate will experience extracting and manipulating data using SQL, leveraging advanced Excel features for data analysis, and producing digestible business intelligence and actionable information.
