The Regional Sales Director role requires developing and supporting the organizations go to market to meet regional demands in order to expand the current customer base while supporting existing accounts.
Manage sales component of any clinic changes (such as relocations, extended hours, new services) by ensuring blitzes are conducted, clients and patients are notified, and prospects are informed. If new acquisitions are made, ensure that staff is hired and trained as soon as center is converted to USHW and to ensure that the conversion is seamless for existing clients of both entities.
Lead the brainstorm and ideation process, collaborate with research, interactive and product to obtain data and insights that shape a compelling story and create programs that win business, RFP response & pro-active active opportunities.
Make sales presentations to SMB and enterprise-level customers on how Bluetooth LE and Wi-Fi solutions can address their business needs; communicate customer business requirements to engineering and implementation teams.
